Parts shipments within the United States are automatically calculated by the weight of the order. Options are available for UPS or FedEx standard ground, 3 day shipping, 2 day shipping and next business day.

Most prices are quoted F.O.B Factory and/or Dealership. All Delivery arrangements are detailed on the Lone Star Emergency Vehicles Sales Agreement.
Geographical Marketing Area
Lone Star Emergency Vehicles is an authorized and licensed ambulance and/or Specialty Dealer in multiple states, including, but not limited to Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee and Louisiana. All pricing listed is applicable to our Marketing Area. We represent multiple Ambulance Manufacturers in varying states. YOUR location may be beyond our marketing and sales boundaries. If this is the case, we may direct you to an authorized dealer nearest to your location and our listed pricing may or may not necessarily be applicable to you.
Product Offering, Resourcing & Referral
Our goal is to offer you the appropriate product solution. In the event that we do not have the appropriate product solution to meet your needs, we may refer you to another ambulance dealer and/or ambulance manufacturer. If we refer you to another supplier, Lone Star Emergency Vehicles absolves itself from any sales & marketing activity, contracting, or warranty offered or implied for the referral.
Factory and OEM Discounts
Further discounts may apply. These discounts may or may not be included in advertised pricing on our website. All customers may not qualify for factory discounts.

All payments must me received prior to delivery unless credit terms are offered and specifically granted by Lone Star Emergency Vehicles. Payment by Credit card may be accessed a 3% service charge for orders in excess of $500.00.
Orders on small ticket items may be placed directly with customer service by calling (972) 775-4300. A purchase order may be required.
Return Goods Policy
All returns must be authorized prior to return. All returned product must be un-opened and in original packaging. In the event that there is a manufacturer’s defect or other situation that would warrant a product return, Lone Star Emergency Vehicles will issue full credit to the customer, excluding freight.
All claims for shortages or errors must be made immediately upon receipt of order to Lone Star Emergency Vehicles by phone at (972) 775-4300. Items held more than (14) fourteen days from date of receipt will not be accepted for credit.
All information sent to us is kept confidential and is not shared or sold to any outside companies.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Lone Star Emergency Vehicles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lone Star Emergency Vehicles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
